The majority of his practice is concentrated in Civil Litigation/Arbitration, including in the United States Bankruptcy Court , and includes Real Estate and Business Transactions, including entity formation. He obtained his J.D. from the University of South Carolina Law School in 1983 and his B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania in 1981.
