Rolf M. Baghdady is an attorney admitted in

admitted in various Federal Courts including
the United
States Supreme Court.
Mr. Baghdady has been a sole practitioner in Columbia,
South Carolina since 1984. Mr. Baghdady was admitted in
Florida in 1984, Georgia in 1989 and New York in 2000.
His practice has concentrated in
Civil Litigation/Arbitration, including in the United
States Bankruptcy Court and includes
Real Estate and Business Transactions, including entity
formation.
He obtained his J.D. from the
University of South
Carolina Law School in 1983 and his B.S. in
Economics with a Concentration in Finance from the
Wharton School of The
University of Pennsylvania in 1981.
Member of Prosperity
First Baptist Church. Currently serving as Youth
Director.
Born in Denver, Colorado July 31, 1959, he was married
to the former Lisa Paige Adams on July 1, 1989, he is a
home schooling father of 6 (5 at home and one with the
Lord) and a member of
Home School Legal Defense Association. Mr. Baghdady
does most of his work from his home office on
Lake Murray.
